We live in Toronto and our sons have/are going to university in Halifax - so this is our 7th summer with your company. We have been either been at Bayers Lake or Almon St. We store the really heavy things - text books or bulky items - pillows, bedding (in plastic boxes with lids) or the difficult to transport - electronic equipment. It makes sense because the airlines limit the weight of luggage and 8 days of driving (2 each way) just doesn't make sense.
So thanks so much and you'll see us again in April 2011.

My overall experience with your company has been good.The lady at Kenmount Rd was very friendly on the phone and once I got the paper work then I was off to the races.I located the unit very quickly and was done filling it up in about 10-15 minutes.Thanks for everything and I will highly recomend your company to people I know.

I had a great experience from the beginning - it's very scary to be relocating and not having an idea of when I'd have a house again, but my experience with Metro self storage was worry-free. The unit itself was available to me on the day I first inquired about it, the move-in process was easy for me and my movers, the staff at Metro were helpful and friendly. We stored out belongings for 4 months and never had any issues. We would recommend Metro SS to our friends and family.

Booking the U-Haul along with the unit was also a breeze. You guys were great in Bayers Lake.

We've never used your service before, but we remember it well from the ads that used to run on local TV. Space setup, use, access, and end of service was all done quickly and efficiently by very nice staff. I am a harsh judge of customer service, and I give you guys an A+.
